How long is the pop-up shop open?

The pop-up shop will be open from Monday, September 22nd to Monday, October 6th at midnight.

What happens after I place my order?

We will be collecting all orders before placing a bulk order with the factory. Once the pop-up shop closes at midnight on Monday, Oct 6th, we will collect all of the data, produce the items and ship your order based on the delivery method of your choosing during checkout.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

• Campus Pickup: If you selected campus pickup, your order is scheduled to be delivered by Friday, November 7th. You will be notified by the department once your order is ready for pick-up.
• Shipping to a Personal Address: If you opted for shipping, orders typically arrive 5–6 weeks after the pop-up shop closes (around mid-November). We’ll do our best to ship sooner, but please note that any delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.

What is your return and exchange policy? What if my apparel doesn’t fit, can I return or exchange it?

Since all items featured on the storefront are custom-made to order with the department logo, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please review the product details and sizing information on each product page before completing your purchase.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Image Source is hosting this store. Image Source Inc. will show as the merchant on your credit card statement together with the order number UWGCGPXXXX.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Please double check your orders before placing them. Email uwgcgp@imagesourceteam.com to determine if your order can be changed. Once the store closes, we are not able to make any changes to your order.
